What You’ll Do (Responsibilities Vary by Track)
Management Trainee
- Shadow site leadership to learn operations management, personnel coordination, and business strategy
- Assist with project planning, process improvements, and team performance analysis
- Participate in meetings, safety briefings, and service audits
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
- Support EHS audits, risk assessments, and incident tracking
- Assist in safety training sessions and compliance documentation
- Participate in field visits to monitor safe work practices
Logistics & Transportation Coordination
- Help plan and optimize route efficiency using dispatch tools and GPS software
- Track fleet performance, on-time service, and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with drivers, dispatchers, and operations managers
Vehicle & Facilities Maintenance
- Support preventive maintenance scheduling and fleet inspections
- Learn basics of vehicle diagnostics and facility systems upkeep
- Assist in parts inventory and service record management
Financial Management Systems
- Assist with budgeting, cost analysis, and invoice processing
- Support financial reporting and system reconciliations
- Learn enterprise financial tools and assist with audits
Sales & Marketing

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Environmental Studies, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a willingness to work in office, field, or mixed environments
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; bonus for experience with CRMs, GIS, or maintenance software
