The Executive Director will work with the Officers and Senior Leadership team to set and drive the organizational vision and mission and corporate strategy.
The selected candidate will utilize data-driven analysis and forecasting to measure and evaluate the performance of programs, assess needs, and ensure that program objectives are achieved. Creates and executes a strategic development plan to help the organization meet its operational and financial goals. Ensures that programs operate efficiently, pursuing opportunities to expand and develop new programs.
Selected candidate will possess deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders Knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of the organization
- Bachelor's degree required. Masters Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of industry experience, in a leadership position specific to persons with disabilities.

- Oversee company operations, project timelines, business developments, and employee productivity while building a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive
- Measure and analyze current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize business growth and revenue strategy
- Ensure financial stability by developing and monitoring annual budgets, identifying new funding opportunities, and managing fundraising efforts
- Proven ability to develop and manage budgets
- Develop actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Officers and Senior Leadership team
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring a high level of morale, engagement, and productivity
- Oversee the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Officers and Executive team to develop and execute long-term strategic plans
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government officials, community leaders, and funders
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs and services offered by the organization
- Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and other networking opportunities
- Measure and analyze current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize business growth and revenue strategy
- Develop actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Officers and Senior Leadership team
- Has a demonstrated history of successful project management
- Strategically manage, organize, and coordinate employees from different departments and locations to ensure efficiency of operations
- Implement financial procedures and organizational policies and programs to drive the company’s operating capabilities to surpass the industry average
- Work in a senior leadership role with the program and other departments
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue, attain operational efficiency and drive profitability; working in conjunction with senior management teams.
- Oversees operations: Ensure Person-centered practices. Reviewing licensing surveys, incidents, investigations, quality assurance, and staff performance.
- Provide leadership and develop a strategy for maximizing growth and improve occupancy and utilization in core services. Continually assess the different services to determine and cultivate new business (in current and potential business segments). Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability and attain operational efficiency.
- Ensure person centered forms and tools are in place and used appropriately and facilitate on-going positive support strategies policy and procedure development.
- Provide on-going program management training on development of positive support strategies on a quarterly basis.
- Represent the organization at external events
- Provide on-call support as appropriate to the position.
- Actively develops, and delivers on plans to ensure employee accountability
