We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Coordinates and manages onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation.
- Administers and maintains employee records, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with applicable laws and District policies.
- Utilizes HR systems to process employee information, onboarding tasks, and personnel updates.
- Coordinates and processes payroll in collaboration with Finance, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission, while escalating discrepancies or issues as needed.
- Assists with recruitment efforts, including posting positions, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assists in maintaining payroll records and supporting documentation in accordance with District procedures and applicable regulations.
- Tracks employee certifications, trainings, and required documentation to ensure compliance.
- Conducts periodic audits of personnel files and HR records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Assists in implementing HR policies, procedures, and standard operating practices across departments.
- Manages and maintains the District intranet, ensuring HR-related content, policies, forms, and resources are accurate, current, and accessible to employees.
- Supports compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Maintains confidentiality of all employee and organizational information.
- Serves as a point of contact for routine HR-related questions and directs employees to the HR Director for complex or sensitive matters
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- At least two (2) years of human resources, administrative, payroll, or related experience
Driver’s License:
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred
This position is elegibile for ligible for sick leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked) and contributions to the District’s 401(a) retirement plan with employer match.
