Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills in Health & Wellness and Health Promotion
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address resident needs and liaise with families
- Experience or interest in Wellness practices and initiatives
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage care plans effectively
- Relevant certifications or experience in geriatric care, social work, or a similar field is preferred
