What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Driver/Attendant position at Meridian Pediatric Extended Care LLC?
We are searching for a Part Time Bus Driver/Bus Attendant! Required minimum hours is 24 with a max of 36/week. This candidate will work Monday-Friday and must be ok with flexible coming and going as bus routes are scheduled.
Description of position:
Bus Drivers/Bus Attendants work directly with the medically fragile children who attend our facility daily. These staff members are a vital part of our team. As a bus attendant, the staff member monitors the children on the bus, documents pick up/drop off times and locations in a log, and communicates needs/ issues with families and the administrator of the facility. This job does require some lifting and knowledge of ergonomics associated with heavy lifting. Applicants should be able bodied and prepared to assist with lifting and transporting children throughout the day.
Requirements for Bus Driver/Bus Attendant
-COVD, FLU, and Updated Immunizations.
-Preferred history working with children. Must have references that can vouch for your work experience.
-Clean Driving Record
- BLS Certification Required
-Clean Background Check
-Valid Drivers License
-High School Diploma or higher
