Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners face-to-face
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, and follow-ups
- Present exterior and permanent lighting solutions tailored to customer needs
- Conduct in-home consultations and close sales
- Manage your pipeline and follow-ups using our CRM system
- Maintain professional representation of the company in the field
- Coordinate with install and operations teams to ensure smooth job handoff
Pay & Earnings
- Base Pay: $10–$15/hour
- Commission: 5%–15% per sale
- Average Sale Size: $5,000–$12,000
- Typical reps earn $30–$45/hour once consistent
Qualifications
- Comfortable with face-to-face and phone conversations
- Goal-driven and self-motivated
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently in the field
- Sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required
