We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department at our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing operations and clinical care
- Manage, support, and hold nursing staff accountable
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
- Maintain survey readiness and address clinical deficiencies
- Monitor quality measures, incidents, wounds, infections, and hospitalizations
- Ensure accurate documentation, care plans, and physician orders
- Work closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team
- Maintain appropriate staffing and strong clinical standards
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Prior SNF/long-term care experience required
- DON or nursing leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical skills
Full-time leadership position. Competitive compensation based on experience.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
