Summary of Position:
The Coordinator within the Center for Corporate Diplomacy leads on event implementation, provides business development and stakeholder engagement support, and manages administrative functions that ensure success for the Center for Corporate Diplomacy.
The Coordinator is responsible for leading implementation efforts for a suite of programs designed primarily for a private sector audience, including Global Business Briefings, Salon Dinners, Receptions, and the Corporate Council Working Group Initiative by coordinating logistics, preparing program materials, and conducting research to inform programmatic direction. In addition, they support engagement with the 1009 members of the Corporate Council through meeting preparation, correspondence, and proposal research for prospective and existing partners, while helping track stakeholder engagement. Primary responsibilities include: Salesforce data management, drafting of program and membership correspondence, event coordination and RSVP tracking, research and analysis on emerging trends, support for procurement and financial administration, and other special projects as needed.
This position is located in Washington D.C., and Meridian requires MD, DC, or VA residence for all employees. The position may work partially remotely until further notice.
