We're looking for an experienced CNC Milling Machinist who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Select tooling, workholding, and machining strategies for a variety of jobs
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality requirements are met
• Work closely with programmers, quality personnel, and fellow machinists to solve manufacturing challenges
• Machine precision components for aerospace, defense, space, and commercial customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of CNC milling experience preferred
• Strong setup experience
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Experience machining to tight tolerances
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates
• Pride in producing high-quality work
