As a Skill Builder I, you�ll play a vital role in helping patients and families develop essential life skills that support developmental milestones and reduce psychosocial barriers. You�ll work closely with therapists and medical staff to coordinate care and implement individualized treatment plans.

About The Role
As a Skill Builder I, you�ll play a vital role in helping patients and families develop essential life skills that support developmental milestones and reduce psychosocial barriers. You�ll work closely with therapists and medical staff to coordinate care and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with therapists to develop, implement, and revise treatment plans.
- Deliver individual and group skills training for adults and children, focusing on:
- Self-care and daily life management
- Interpersonal communication and parenting
- Illness and anger management
- Positive coping and problem-solving skills
- Provide case management services aligned with treatment goals.
- Support integrated care by coordinating with medical providers and identifying health-related needs.
- Complete CANS/ANSA reassessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between patients and external agencies or institutions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
We�re seeking compassionate, motivated individuals who are passionate about whole-person care and thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment. Experience in behavioral health or social services is a plus.
- High school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years paid behavioral healthcare experience or equivalent college coursework toward a human services or health related degree required at minimum
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- A valid driver's license with a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- A commitment to providing individual attention to help clients achieve mental, emotional and physical well-being
