Job Description:
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the logistic manager in all aspects of warehouse operations; ensuring all incoming shipments are intact and accurate, preparing outgoing shipment documents, reviewing shipment documentation such as invoices and packing lists, and maintaining inventory of shipping supplies. The incumbent will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks professionally and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Create packing slips and generate appropriate computer transactions to ensure proper shipment documentation.
- Prepare products for shipping to customers by packaging, labeling, and weighing items to be shipped, processing international shipments, and ensuring proper shipment method is used (UPS, Spee-Dee, FedEx, DHL etc.)
- Ensure product is correct when loading trucks.
- Prepare and maintain internal documentation of goods received and items shipped.
- Ensure receiving reports accurately reflect material received.
- Ensure timely and accurate input of all receiving information into the ERP/Nutware system.
- Accurately count and package parts via system requirements.
- Assist staging and order fulfillment as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide harvest trucking support.
- Help logistics when needed.

- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, logistics, or a comparable administrative position.
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
