To lead student recruitment efforts by building relationships with prospective students, managing assigned recruitment areas, and guiding students through the enrollment process at Meridian Community College.
Education:
Associates Degree required
Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned recruiting areas
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate or lead group activities
- Experience mentoring co-workers or students preferred
- Ability to analyze data and use deductive reasoning to form conclusions
