Job Description:
- Assists with staffing assignments and scheduling additional disciplines if ordered after admission.
- Monitors field staff schedules and coordinates appropriate assessments when due.
- Monitors compliance with clinicians’ frequency and durations of visits based on the established plan of care.
- Assists with ordering DME's if ordered after admission.
- Communicates daily with field staff to coordinate schedules and provide assistance in tasking appropriate visit forms.
- Promptly responds to field staff's requests and concerns.
- Responds to patient communications and follows up as necessary with clinicians.
- Complies with accepted professional standards and principles.
- Performs other duties and activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a medical office
- Complies with professional standards and practices
- Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Experience with medical software and electronic medical records desired.
- Impeccable record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Excellent multitasking and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable with MS Office suite (Word, Excel), Windows, printers/scanners.
