About the Role
As a Custodian, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational excellence and strategic direction of Meridian. You will:
- Perform cleaning in one or more Center buildings
- Maintain adequate inventory of janitorial supplies such as cleaner, paper goods, etc.
- Perform custodial functions such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning lavatories and equipment, etc
- Ensure all required safety standards are in accordance with CARF requirements
What We're Looking For
- Cleaning experience in commercial and custodial settings
- Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and janitorial practices
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standard
