Salary: $78,183 - $83,538 - annually | Exempt

What You'll Do
As the Manager of Residential Substance Abuse Services, you will:
- Provide leadership and supervision to professional and paraprofessional staff, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain 24/7 on-call availability to support staff and assist with decision-making.
- Demonstrate expertise in relapse prevention and co-occurring disorders.
- Oversee program performance and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements (65D-30, CARF, Federal Block Grant).
- Collaborate with the Department Management Team on planning, implementation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external agencies, advocating for clients and coordinating services.
- Ensure staff meet training standards and participate in the Center's QI processes.
- Manage client admissions, discharges, and waitlist coordination.
- Provide training, resolve programmatic issues, and support interns and students.
- Meet revenue and productivity standards and improve clinical documentation quality.
- Align departmental goals with organizational objectives.
- Develop and enhance recovery and parenting curriculum tailored to the population served.
Who We're Looking For
- Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Active Florida Licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist required.
