About the Role
As the Emergency Screening Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational excellence and strategic direction of Meridian. You will:
- Lead enterprise-wide quality improvement initiatives to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Oversee risk management strategies to ensure safety, compliance, and proactive mitigation.
- Direct the medical records department, ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity.
- Guide marketing and communications to elevate brand visibility and community engagement.
- Manage facilities operations to maintain safe, welcoming environments for clients and staff.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, policy development, and performance metrics.
- Serve as a thought leader and change agent, championing innovation and operational best practices.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma plus a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health environment.
