About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming, supportive experience both in person and by phone. In this vital role, you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly while connecting individuals to the care they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, answering questions and directing them to appropriate services
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and office coordination
- Collect co-payments, manage deposits, and maintain related financial records
- Support departmental operations and contribute to overall program success
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree (preferred) with clerical/reception or billing experience
OR - High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of office/clerical experience (including public interaction; healthcare preferred)
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Ability to type 27 WPM and pass required assessments
