Meridian Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team-serving individuals with severe and persistent mental health needs.

In this vital role, you'll be the first point of connection for participants, families, and staff-coordinating schedules, managing communications, and helping ensure seamless, person-centered care. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, supporting both office and field operations while helping clients access the care they need.

What You'll Do:

• Manage phones, scheduling, and electronic health records (EHR)
• Serve as a liaison for participants, families, and care teams
• Coordinate daily team calendars and support staff operations
• Assist with office logistics, communications, and special projects
• Provide exceptional, compassionate customer service

What You Bring:

• 1-2 years of administrative experience or relevant degree
• Strong organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Valid Florida driver's license and eligibility to meet driving requirements
