Meridian Art Consulting is a full-service art consulting firm that specializes in planning, designing, framing, and delivering custom art programs for corporate, healthcare, hospitality, and residential clients. By collaborating directly with clients, architects, interior designers, and others involved with art purchases, our experienced art consultants develop a custom approach to each project in order to meet and exceed client needs for artwork of all types. Through an appreciation of the client's goals, Meridian Art Consulting is able to build an art program that fosters a specific environment, evokes a particular history, shares a set of values and, ultimately, reflects the identity of the client. We support hundreds of local and national artists and maintain a rotating inventory of artwork in a variety of styles, media, and price ranges.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Boston, MA for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end coordination of art consulting projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, overseeing logistics, expediting deliverables, inspecting project progress, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes. The role requires strong organization and communication abilities to support smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

·        Oversee the execution of multiple administrative projects simultaneously; monitor and manage project progress and ensure deadlines are met

·        Execute follow-up on appointments, conversations, walk-throughs, and conference calls

·        Prepare letters, proposals, invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports

·        Research fine art treatments; communicate with artists and vendors; order and commission artwork

·        Serve as the liaison between the art consultant, framing facility, and installation team

·        Maintain appointment and installation schedules, manage all emails and communications, and attend all client meetings

·        Contribute to development of client-facing presentations alongside an art consultant

·        Understand the key contacts and business goals of an art consultant and assist the consultant in building relationships and developing client pool


Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s Degree required (please include GPA and any awards or recognition); art history or studio art preferred

·        1-3 years administrative, project management, or office experience is preferred

·        Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

·        Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office mastery is required

·        Knowledge of graphic design, database management, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
