Job Summary
Perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of filling equipment. Be able to hand fill cartridges and syringes.
Duties & Responsibilities
Schedule: 1st Shift 7:30am-4pm or 8am-4:30pm M-F
Pay: This position has a salary range of $19.51-$21.68 per hour. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location
Bonus Pay: Meridian is actively participating in a productivity incentive plan for 2025. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.

Job Summary
Perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of filling equipment. Be able to hand fill cartridges and syringes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow operating procedures, including: ISO procedure, safety rules, PPE requirements, and SDS’s
- Fill orders based on the information on the fill ticket.
- Fill out requisitions for raw materials and non-inventory items.
- Inventory cycle count
- Weigh materials and heat materials
- Equipment used: Tridak and cartridge filling machines.
- Quality in-process inspection of materials.
- Perform all required maintenance, inspection, and troubleshoot machinery
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Be articulate and able to work collaboratively, both internally and externally, as a team player.
- Accept direction and supervision, while possessing the initiative to make independent decisions.
- Possess the highest levels of personal and professional integrity.
- Work meticulously, neatly, precisely and with a high level of accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MRP & ERP systems a plus
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
