Production Filling Operator, Adhesives Packaging

What You Will Tackle Follow ISO procedures, safety protocols, PPE standards, and SDS documentation.Interpret fill tickets and complete fills accurately and on time.Request raw materials and non‑inventory supplies via requisitions.Support material accuracy through inventory cycle counts.Measure and heat materials to specification prior to filling.Operate Tridak and other cartridge filling machines; hand‑fill syringes and cartridges when required.Conduct in‑process quality inspections and document results.Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshoot equipment issues.Pitch in with additional related duties as assigned. What You Bring Team‑first communicator who partners effectively inside and outside the department.Comfort working under direction with the initiative to make sound independent decisions.High ethical standards and professionalism.Strong attention to detail—neat, precise, and accurate work style. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required.Exposure to MRP/ERP systems is advantageous. Physical Demands Periods of standing and sitting throughout the shift.Lift up to 50 lbs as part of routine tasks. Pay, Hours, and Rewards Hours: 1st shift, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.Hourly Range: $19.51–$23.85. Final pay depends on experience, skills, time in role, business line, and geographic location.Bonus Pay: 2025 productivity incentive plan with the potential to earn up to $1,520 annually, paid quarterly, for eligible employees.
