What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator and Marketing Specialist (part time) position at Meriden Orthodontics?
Orthodontic office seeking motivated and outgoing treatment coordinator and marketing specialist to join our team. This role combines patient coordination with community and referral based marketing. The ideal candidate is goal oriented, has a great personality, and is comfortable representing our office both in house and in the community.
Responsibilites:
Generate new patient referrals by visiting dental offices
Represent the practice at community events and outreach activities
Be present in the office during operating hours to support patient coordiination
Build and maintain strong with relationships with referring offices
Track progress and work toward achieving monthly goals
Qualifications:
Experience in an orthodontic or dental office is a plus (training provided if no experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self motivated and goal driven
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Willingness to learn and grow with the practice
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
