As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of registered nurses and certified nursing assistants on weekends. Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of nurses and CNAs on weekends, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Develop and implement effective staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care
- Coordinate patient care and services, including medication administration, wound care, and therapy sessions
- Participate in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Address patient and family concerns, and respond to emergency situations as needed
- Collaborate with the administrative team to resolve conflicts and improve patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, incidents, and concerns
- Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
