Role Description This part-time, on-site Receptionist/Medical Assistant role is based at Meriden Chiropractic in Meriden, CT. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, and managing patient check-in and check-out processes. The role also involves maintaining patient records, handling basic billing or insurance information, and assisting with administrative tasks to support clinic operations. Clinical support may include preparing treatment rooms, guiding patients to exam areas, and assisting with non-invasive procedures as directed by the chiropractor. The Receptionist/Medical Assistant collaborates closely with the chiropractor to ensure a welcoming, efficient environment and a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
