Hiring: Business Analyst 3
Location: Onsite Opportunity in Texas
Duration: Long Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Agile, QA, and business process analysis experience to support enterprise application and licensing systems projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business/user requirements
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform QA and manual testing activities
- Work closely with stakeholders and end users
- Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and refinement sessions
- Review project documentation, test plans, and risk assessments
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams
- Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions
- Troubleshoot application/system issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain vendor relationships and review technology-related invoices
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of experience providing complex QA consultation/support for projects and initiatives
- 3 years of Agile experience including user story creation, Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and refinement sessions
- 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
- 3 years of senior-level Business Analysis experience with minimal supervision
- 3 years analyzing business policies/procedures and their impact on automated systems
- 3 years coordinating with vendors/contractors and managing project/service request activities
- 3 years identifying business process improvement and automation opportunities
- 3 years troubleshooting applications and implementing solutions
- 3 years reviewing project deliverables including charters, design docs, test plans, and risk assessments
- 3 years developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and reviewing test cases/change requests
Preferred:
- Previous experience working with state/government licensing systems preferred
