Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Apps Development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of F&O technical architecture and development practices, enabling them to design, develop, and implement robust solutions that meet our business needs. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
- Perform system integration and data migration tasks to ensure seamless operation of F&O applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications and systems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Development.
- Proficient in X programming language and development tools.
- Experience with data entities, workflows, and business logic in F&O.
- Solid understanding of finance and operations business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) integration with F&O.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies such as Power BI and SQL Server.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 -15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
