Position Overview:
As a Cleaning Team Member at Diverge, LLC you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appeal of our properties. You will be responsible for maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment for our residents, as well as supporting our commitment to exceptional property management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and other shared spaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean floors to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, handrails, and elevator buttons.
- Clean units after check-out and prepare the space for the next resident or guest (both furnished short-term stays and 12-month leases).
- Ensure trash receptacles are emptied and maintained.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to protect your well-being and that of our residents.
- Adopt internal protocols for cleaning, documentation, stocking, and organization.
- Utilize technology (AppFolio property management software) to accept assignments, track hours, and document completed work.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
