Our enterprise-level client is seeking a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team on-site in Branchburg, NJ. The contract duration is 6 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent conversion based on performance.
The ideal candidate will provide a range of technical support services, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, staging, configuration, and resolving tickets for internal and external customers.
The Senior IT Support Engineer will perform complex technical work activities either remotely or on-site to meet business and customer requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Documenting and reporting on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures;
- Seven years' experience in an IT service environment;
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow;
- Hardware break-fix assistance;
- Mobile phone support;
- Audio Visual support;
