As a Speech Therapist At MercyOne, You Will
- Plan, administer, implement, and evaluate speech therapy for all appropriate programs and services within the PM & R Department, for all patient age groups
- Possess the skills necessary to provide direct patient care specific to each age group in accordance with department protocol
- 36 hours a week
- Days
- Rotating weekends
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology from accredited program
- Certification by American Speech and Hearing Association or be eligible to be certified
- Certificate of Clinical Competency once fully licensed
- Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) by the State of Iowa to practice as a Speech Therapist - Employee may be within their Clinical Fellowship year if able to meet ASHA requirements for completion
