Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.

- Busy practice with instant volume- replacement for a retiring provider!
- Join team of 5 APP’s
- Traditional outpatient family or internal medicine (based on physician training)
- Call is 1: 5-6 weeks
- Lab, X-Ray, EKG, behavioral services and family counseling on site
- Tenured RN’s and experienced office staff
- 30 miles from MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center- Mason City, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital- named Top 100 Hospital nationally
- Specialist outreach- including Ortho and Podiatry

- $150,000 bonus package!
- $300,908 2-year guaranteed base salary
- Up to $15,000 in moving allowance
