- Provide care for work-related injuries and illnesses
- Conduct pre-employment physicals and DOT exams
- Support wellness initiatives and immunization programs
- Collaborate with employers on safety and return-to-work strategies
- Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends
- Supportive, multidisciplinary team
- Access to MercyOne’s extensive resources and network
- Competitive compensation and benefits
- Licensed NP or PA in Iowa (or eligible)
- Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or family practice preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
