- Shared single entrance and waiting area with Family Medicine with dedicated Internal Medicine exam room and physician workspace
- 36 patient contact hours/ week
- Patient volume: 18-20
- 100% Outpatient
- Outpatient Internal Medicine call 1:18 (Second Call)
- Chronic care coordination team, behavioral health support services
- On-site X-ray and lab services
- Two-year income guarantee of $300,908
- $150,000 recruitment incentive
- Moving allowance up to $15,000
- CME allowance of $6,000
