Provides leadership/oversight to Pharmacy Department Informatics/systems and pharmacy perspective of the EMR. Performs the expected duties and responsibilities of a Clinical Pharmacist as necessary.

- Bachelors or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy required
- Iowa Pharmacist licensure, either by examination or reciprocity, is required.
- Leadership/Business/Informatics degree is preferred.
