As a Cancer Center - Radiation Therapist at MercyOne Genesis, you will:
- Deliver radiation therapy treatment to patients in accordance with physician’s prescription
- Complete treatment preparation including simulation, immobilization, and block fabrication
- Coordinate care of patients receiving radiation therapy treatments
- Assure proper function of treatment equipment
- Provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the patients served on his/her assigned area
- 32 hours per week - 4 days a week
- 7:30 am - 4: 00pm
- No weekends or holidays
- Iowa Permit to Practice and ARRT
- Basic Life Support
- No experience required
- 3 year college Radiation Therapy program or equivalent experience
