- Visits consisting of: routine follow up, cardiac pre op risk assessments, testing follow ups, acute follow ups
- No Call
- $10,000 Commencement Bonus

- PSLF eligible
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experienced Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants are strongly preferred
