We provide community-based prevention and family foster care services, group homes in the community for struggling children and families within the child welfare and juvenile justice systems, and short-term residential services for unaccompanied migrant children. Position Summary
This position works in Human Resources but is solely dedicated to our START program, this position is responsible for assisting the background checks of all employees onboarded for our START program including FBI fingerprint checks, sex offender registry checks and obtaining personal and professional references among other background check processes.
Required Qualifications
$35,000 - $40,000 per year

Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Speaking is preferred.
- High School diploma - bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of computerized human resources software are strongly preferred.
- Assist in pre-hire tasks.
- Assist in Audits.
- Make use of ongoing professional consultation, institutes and conferences.
- Conduct employee reference check.
- Maintain appropriate competency with all required vendor software necessary to position responsibilities.
