🩺 What You’ll Do
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
Assist the surgical team throughout procedures
Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and comfort
Support Mercy’s mission and uphold our Service Standards
🎓 Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or GED (proof may be requested)
American Heart Association BLS Certification
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively
Non-certified applicants may be considered with relevant surgical experience
Preferred:
Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program (certificate or associate degree)
Surgical Technology Certification
