• Provide exceptional intraoperative support by anticipating surgeon and team needs while maintaining strict sterile technique.

• Prepare, inspect, and manage surgical instruments and equipment to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

• Support smooth surgical operations through effective communication with physicians, circulators, and team members.

• Demonstrate strong technical skills in assembling, operating, and maintaining routine and specialty surgical equipment.

• Contribute to an efficient surgical environment by optimizing workflow, conserving resources, and proactively assisting with room turnover and case preparation.

• Adapt to changing assignments, workload demands, and departmental needs with professionalism and flexibility.

• Education: High-School Diploma or GED are required. This is a certified technologist (CST) position. The Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program per the National Board of Surgical Technology is required. Maintaincertification without gaps. You may be asked to provide proof of education.

• Certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.

• Experience: New graduate up to experienced surgical technologist experience.

• Other: Must understand English both written and spoken, must be able to perform job-related functions safely and successfully, with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal, state, or local law
