Position: Clinical Supervisor – NICU
As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting our critical care team. You’ll help coordinate operations, guide patient care, and serve as a clinical resource for both staff and patients. You’ll also step in as a staff nurse when needed and take on delegated managerial responsibilities.
✅ What You’ll Need:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Licensure: Current RN license or temporary permit in the state of practice
- Experience: 3–5 years of direct NICU bedside nursing; supervisory/management experience strongly preferred
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS
