Overview:
Provides primary support for the self-insured/self-administered Sisters of Mercy Health System (Mercy) Workers Compensation program. Ensures Mercy Values are reflected in all aspects of the departments operations.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor degree in Business or related field of study highly preferred
- Experience: Three years multi-state workers compensation administration experience.
- Other:
- Ability to work without close supervision and in a self-directed manner.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
- Knowledge of legal, medical and technical terminology.
- Ability to work with and preserve confidential information.
- Periodic travel may be required done so as directed.
