Open Position : RN Day Shift , ICU Step-Down Unit, Ada
(This role does not qualify for a Sign-On Bonus as the opening is on days)
Overview:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Incentives:
- Experienced Nurse Sign on Bonus up to $20,000 for this unit for those that accept a night shift position.
- Relocation Assistance up to $7,000 per policy with a 12 month agreement for select departments.

Qualifications:
- Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Preferred Education: LPN
- Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current LPN or RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Certifications: Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex. BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) within required time frame.
