At Mercy’s Home Health, we believe in providing outstanding care that makes a significant difference in the lives of our patients. We are currently seeking a dedicated Start of Care Nurse. As the first point of contact for our new patients, you will have the opportunity to set the tone for the quality and compassion that our agency is known for.
Responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician. Must assess, plan, implement, document, evaluate outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- License:
- Oklahoma RN licensure
- Valid driver's license
- Certifications:
- CPR certification
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire- LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire (range from upon hire to within 1 year)
- Experience: At least one year experience in Home Health.
