Overview:
Responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician. Must assess, plan, implement, document, evaluate outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Requires graduation from accredited nursing school.
- Licensure: Current state licensure. Valid driver's license.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of inpatient/hosptial experience.
- Certifications: CPR certification.
- Preferred Experience: Three years of RN expereince, preferred inpatient/hospital, home health, rehab or related field.
