Must live within Mercy's footprint in Missouri, Arkansas and/or Oklahoma.

This position reports to the Director, Managed Care analysis and supports hospital managed care for East Communities and South-Central Communities as well as limited Mercy-wide responsibilities. Includes managed care modeling and analysis for contract negotiations, communication and support to revenue cycle regarding the implementation of contracts, and support of escalated contract adjudication issues. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Position Details:

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education:
BS in Accounting or related financial field.

Experience:
Five years of experience in healthcare finance with experience specifically in managed care and/or revenue cycle.

Other Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree or CPA preferred
