Overview:
Oncology Infusion Coletta is a hospital-based Oncology Infusion Center providing care to an adult population. This is a 30-chair infusion room that specializes in oncology and outpatient IV therapy infusions in a new cancer center. This diverse unit is fast-paced and busy, with a wide variety of patients and diagnoses to care for. We provide specialized services such as first in human clinical trials. Seeking a nurse who is enthusiastic to work for a nationally accredited Cancer Center while providing exceptional care during outpatient infusions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Certifications: OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse). BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. Other unit specific certifications as required or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe.
