Position: Hybrid - Property Management Coordinator
Location: Mercy Hosptial STL - Ballas Campus
Shift: FT Days - 8:00am - 4:30pm 40/hrs per week
Salary Range: $20.00-$23.00

Overview:
Responsible for the implementation and supervision of daily operations for Tenants of Mercy Health East Communities, Inc. Build tenant relationships and increase tenant retention through responsive actions to maintenance, housekeeping, and minor renovation requests. Responsible for accounting functions, recordkeeping, and office support. Provides direction and guidance to hospital/clincial departments, Facilities staff, architects, vendors, and contractors within established procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's Degree in business or certification in facilities management orcommercial real estate licensure classes.
Experience: Three to five years leadership experience in property management with an emphasis in healthcare related facilities and five plus years of high-level customer service.
Other:
Excellent inter-relation skills, proficiency in English grammar in written and oral communication.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Tools; including knowledge of Excel, Access, and Word.
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
Preferred Education: B.S. Degree in business management or accounting and five to seven years experience in healthcare facilities management to include leasing, maintenance, construction, safety, and housekeeping.
