The Principal Technical Program Manager (Principal TPM) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the execution of the Ministry’s most complex and strategically significant technical programs. As a Principal TPM, you will work on large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with high impact on business goals and technical innovation. You will serve as a technical thought leader and trusted advisor across the organization, guiding technical direction and program strategy in collaboration with engineering, product, and executive teams. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to navigate complexity in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven track record for managing large scale technical programs and leading teams of other Technical Program Managers (TPMs) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification(s): CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or similar Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP).
