Schedule: Monday - Friday
No weekends or holidays!
**Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work from home schedule; Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings. Must be available to come on-site 1-2 days per week.

Our Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role for the clinics. In this position the nurse will work closely with the Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic. They will have the option to move hybrid after training is complete.
LPN Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing
Licensure: Active LPN license
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred
RN Qualifications:
Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree
Licensure: Active RN license
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred
