Mercy Clinic 65 Prime Plus - North County 637 Dunn
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0800-1630
No weekends or holidays!
Mercy 65 Prime Clinics are a new primary care service designed specifically for Medicare beneficiaries. Patients receive extended office visit times and closer monitoring of chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease. As a Primary Care Nurse (PCN) in this clinic, you will work closely with the providers to triage incoming calls/messages, educate patients, follow-up with patients, and assist with various clinic tasks as needed.
LPN Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing
- Licensure: Active LPN license
RN Qualifications:
- Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree
- Licensure: Active RN license
Highly Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
- Experience working with geriatric populations.
- Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
- Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
- Excellent time management and prioritization.
- Adaptability in a new and changing environment.
