• Emergency Room staffed with Board-Certified Emergency Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
• ICU managed 24/7 by hospitalists and monitored through Mercy’s Virtual Care Center

• Epic EMR across the Mercy system for continuity of care
• Access to DAX Copilot (Dragon Ambient experience) for real-time clinical documentation and improved workflow efficiency
